Mail returns and replacement choices
Both non-defective and defective products may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Submit the request no later than 30 calendar days after delivery. All returns must be new merchandise. If the reason is preference, a changed decision, or the wrong selection, the item must remain new and unused, with its original condition, packaging, tags, and included accessories preserved.
Authorized returns travel by mail with the free prepaid return label included inside the parcel. There is no restocking fee. Email aligoke880@gmail.com for approval before sending anything back; after approval, we confirm the exact return address and instructions. An exchange can proceed only when replacement stock is available.
Tell us the order number, checkout email, and what resolution is requested. Damage, defects, missing components, incorrect items, or a substantial description mismatch also require clear item and package photos or video. After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank may take additional time to post the credit. Statutory rights are preserved.
