We work to keep listings accurate, but reasonable differences in packaging, color, or display can occur. Submitting an order creates a purchase offer; we can reject, restrict, or cancel it for stock, payment, address, fraud, error, or policy reasons.
We accept defective and non-defective returns and accept exchanges under the Refund Policy. Every return must be new merchandise; a non-defective item must additionally be unused and in original condition. The request window is 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns go by mail with the free prepaid return label included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days, and the bank may require further posting time.
Checkout determines prices, taxes, and authorization, while the Shipping Policy covers delivery and carrier matters. Intellectual property remains protected. Legal limits on responsibility apply only where permitted, and future revisions may be posted without removing non-waivable rights.
